Transformational Breath® is a self-healing breathing technique that will allow you to access your full breathing potential in order to increase your physical, emotional and mental well-being.


Transformational Breath® will support you in releasing unhealthy breathing patterns and blocked emotional states. This type of breathwork encourages greater awareness of the Self and the expansion of your conscious breath.


It works on three levels:  The Physical, The Emotional and Mental, and the Spirit.

Transformational Breath® Session can be done one-to-one or in groups (during presentations and workshops).  The first Session will last approximately 90 minutes.  We recommend 3-5 Sessions for full benefits.
